Lyons Commercial Data is proud to announce that we have gained PCI Certification

Gaithersburg, MD (June 27, 2008):Lyons Commerical Data, a division of Autoscribe, is pleased to announce that Autoscribe and Lyons have been certified as PCI compliant by Visa USA as of 06.26.2008.

Lyons Commercial Data does not actively participate in making electronic payments by credit card, but many of our data customers do, and we therefore determined that there is considerable internal business value in adhering to PCI data security standards. We are proud to state that our first effort at certification was successful. We attribute our initial success to our existing longstanding commitment to data security.

Below is an excerpt from the notice of certification sent to us by Visa USA.

"Thank you for your participation in the Visa USA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), and for your diligence in operating within the compliance standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Although security can never be completely guaranteed, your efforts to adhere to PCI data security requirements should reduce the ability of hackers to gain access to proprietary data.

This letter and your company’s inclusion on Visa’s List of Compliant Service Providers evidence Visa’s acceptance of the Autoscribe Corporation CISP Report on Compliance. The List of Compliant Service Providers, located at www.visa.com/cisp, acknowledges those service providers that have shown their commitment to security by meeting the rigorous requirements of Visa CISP."

Verifax Product Enhancement at Lyons Commercial Data

Gaithersburg, MD (May 19, 2008): Lyons Commercial Data is proud to announce that we will offer batch processing in MS Excel file format, a valuable enhancement to our existing Account Verification Service in Verifax, on Monday, May 19, 2008. This new enhancement will allow clients that use our Account Verification Service to utilize batch processing in the standard Microsoft Excel file format, a file platform readily available and universally familiar to commercial concerns. Depending on each client’s specific data information needs, this improvement could be quite meaningful and very positive to their respective business operations.

Gaithersburg, MD (MAR 31, 2008): Lyons Commercial Data is proud to announce that we will be releasing Verifax, an exciting update to our existing Account Verification Service, on Monday, March 31, 2008. This new release will expand the coverage provided by our Account Verification Service to virtually every DDA account in the United States, a considerable increase from the approximately 60% of DDA accounts currently covered. Depending on each client's specific data information needs, this improvement could be quite meaningful and very positive to their respective business operations.
